Neuzeitliche Bodenbeläge (Themes For Great Cities - Berlin)
Niklas Wandt and Joshua Gottmanns are the newborn Neo-NDW duo Neuzeitliche Bodenbeläge who released a highly acclaimed debut 7 inch on Themes For Great Cities in 2017. The krautish minimal synth beats perfectly flow with Niklas voice and his very own socio-larious lyrical homework. Expect a dreamy yet dancy journey through german analogue retro-landscapes.
t-woc (Elsewhere, Rudimentary - Dublin)
t-woc the producer, working with wildly different sample sources, builds psychedelic beats from obscure records, layering analogue synths and using dub studio techniques to create new grooves for the dancefloor and fresh sonic spaces for the brain.
His 2016 debut album 'Sentinelas' released on Rudimentary records was based on a kids story book found while diggin in Sao Paulo, using imagery from the bizarre illustrations of the book to guide the vibe of each track from the album, all of which where built from samples from vinyl found in the same warehouse.
Currently working on his 2nd full length release - a yet unamed t-woc take on the sound of the mutating dancefloors of Europe, his new liveset previews and roadtests the new tracks for the first time at the elsewhere release party at Les Ateliers Claus in Brussels.
