Véronique Vincent & Aksak Maboul
perform 'Ex-Futur Album'
Here's the next chapter of an already extraordinary story: in 1980-83, Véronique Vincent (Honeymoon Killers singer) and Marc Hollander (Aksak Maboul & Crammed Discs founder) wrote and recorded a trailblazing avant-pop album, which remained unfinished and unreleased for 30 years. It finally came out for the first time in Oct 2014 under the title "Ex-Futur Album", and is now being received with surprise and enthusiasm. *
Véronique Vincent & Marc Hollander are now taking this music to the stage for a limited number of shows, for which the line-up of Aksak Maboul will include two members of Amatorski, Sebastiaan Van den Branden (guitar, bass, synth) & Christophe Claeys (drums, percussion), alongside Faustine Hollander (guitar, bass, backing vocals), Véronique Vincent (vocals) and Marc Hollander (keyboards).
The very first show will take place at Les Ateliers Claus on Thursday, Feb 19, 2015.
